第六章、區塊鏈技術與外幣交易平台
藉由前面章節的介紹，我們認為建立一個外幣交易平台的想法是可行的。我 們可以建立一個外幣交易平台，該平台主要是依照 P2P 匯兌的概念。透過該平 台，我們可以直接去搜尋一個與自己有反向貨幣需求的人，並以一個優於銀行給 予匯兌之匯率更好的價格直接進行匯兌而這個匯率可以採用台灣銀行外匯買價 及賣價的平均值。若無法搜尋到剛好具有反向需求的人，也可以像 CurrencyFair 一樣，由本平台介入，並提供貨幣交換之服務。而該平台向使用者收取的交易首 須費，也不會像傳統金融機構所收取的費用一樣高。
此外，為了讓使用者能夠更方便的進行外幣交易，該平台或許也能提供和 WeSwap 旅行貨幣交換平台一樣的服務，推出一張金融 Visa 卡，讓使用者在該平 台上進行外幣交易後，就能直接使用這張金融 Visa 卡在 ATM 機台上進行領取，
或者是直接使用這張金融 Visa 卡進行刷卡的服務。這樣用戶使用起來將會更方 便、迅速。
至於使用者個人資訊的安全性的問題，我們將利用區塊鏈技術來進行記錄，
透過該技術將有效的確保這些個人資訊的安全。當外幣交易發生糾紛時，我們 也可以快速地使用區塊鏈技術查看當時的交易資訊，得知當時的交易情形，就 能夠即時的處理這些糾紛，確保使用者的權利。
