基於上述之研究限制,本研究仍有待改進之處,期望後續研究者能夠針對本研究所 提之數點建議加以探討,以使產業價值鏈之價值移動概念能更完整呈現。綜而言之,本 研究對後續研究之建議如下所述。

1. 隨著企業多角化的經營,於公開報表上難以區分個別業務產值,對於產業價值 鏈的分類、報酬率及附加價值的計算都存有困難,若後續研究者能與廠商針對 此部分進行深入的訪談,將會使本研究更加完善。

2. 受限於分類不易,本研究未將半導體通路商納入產業價值鏈的分類中。後續研 究者可將台灣半導體產業價值鏈延伸至通路商,透過國內電子通路商的主要業 務作區分,歸納出半導體通路商業者,完整半導體產業價值鏈的分類。

3. 本研究的研究對象僅限於國內公開上市(櫃)的企業,盼後續研究者若能將未 公開上市的企業納入產業價值鏈的分類,也許可讓產業價值鏈的價值流動更為 完整呈現。

4. 面對國際競爭的壓力下,台灣半導體產業的市場已經不僅限於國內市場,因此 可納入國際間的半導體業者,發展為國際半導體產業價值鏈,而國際間的半導 體業者大多屬於垂直整合的IDM 商業模式,可再進一步比較垂直整合與垂直分 工的優劣。
