另外,也有研究指出社會支持系統對於個人身心健康具有相當 的重要性,亦會影響到生活滿意 (周玉慧、楊文山、莊義利,1988;

董智慧、趙淑珠,1998;Ross & Wu,1995)。因而,降低心理或生 理方面的健康問題來改善生活滿意 (Ross &Wu, 1995),也都可以納 入探討,以完整瞭解生活滿意的影響因子。

(二) 未來研究建議

本研究使用既有資料庫進行分析,雖然具有大樣本、高效度、

年齡層廣,且有良好代表性的優勢特性,然而,由於題組內容規劃 的原因,使得變項的採用、分析及解釋有部分侷限性。例如,生理 健康變項中的題目內容,主要偏向生理認知而較少行為問項,可能 使得結果仍可以進一步探討。另外,心理健康、人際關係、生活滿 意變項都仍有進一步改善的空間,除了可以擴充題組內容之外,亦 可再針對問項內容納入適合的題組,以澄清研究變項之間的關係。
