第二節 建議
研究過程中,經由文獻探討、專家訪談、問卷調查及結果分析,發現補教事 業之資源與能力十分廣泛,於本研究中難予以概括,僅能針對部份進行探討,本 研究之結論是否能適用於業界仍有異議,不過仍期能供業界之實務應用,並對後 續研究提出建議。
一、對實務界之建議
補教產業,經研究結果顯示,補教事業是具有教育業及高度人力使用之服務 業的雙重特性的產業,所以在事業經營的部份,除了教育領域的內涵要著重,在 人員能 力資源的部份更要注意。所以對補教事業經營者之建議如後所述:
依研究結果之組織資源要素之「參與和關注」、「教務經驗」、「應變能力」、
「內部溝通協調能力」,進行組織資源的整合重組,建議(一) 行政人員的應對手 冊的製作:因為學生及家長從與補習班最開始至每次來上課就是從行政櫃檯人員 開始,所以建議行政人員之訓練,應著重在服務過程中,「應變能力」的加強,
以能迅速服務或回應學生、家長的需要,提高顧客的滿意度,建立知覺行銷。所 以具體作法為:建議在結合「參與和關注」、「教務經驗」、「應變能力」、「內 部溝通協調能力」,將過去發生之事件或依經驗預測顧客的反應,製作為一本行 政櫃檯人員的應對手冊,加強第一線人員之應變能力、臨危不亂,有系統的滿足 學生及家長的要求。
依研究結果之組織資源要素之「行銷企劃能力」、「進修學習」、「師資培 訓」、「內部溝通協調能力」進行組織資源的整合重組,提出建議(二)及建議(三)。

(二) 人員培訓計畫:應分行政人員培訓,及師資培訓兩種人員的訓練。訓練方式 可分為「非正式的知識分享」與「正式的課程規劃」。非正式的知識分享:其核 心在於組織「知識」的傳承與發散,所以應建立組織內人員「知識分享」的習慣,
以小組會議或網路分享的方式,每次由不同單位或專長的人員來分享自己的專長 或發生過的事件及解決方式;正式的課程規劃:依人員的屬性差異,於專業課程 部份做不同內容的規劃,加強組織內部人員的專業技能。(三) 人員進修學習:在 現場管理者方面,為提升現場管理者的管理專長,鼓勵在職進修,或提供學習補 助,使其將所學應用於組織管理中。行政櫃檯人員方面,支持多元專長的培訓,
如行銷企劃、美工排版等,將學習的專業應用於企業組織中。
行政人員的能力在補教事業經營是很重要的,因為補教事業之行政人員是學 生、家長及教師之間重要的溝通媒介,所以提升行政人員能力對於補教事業之經 營績效較有影響。
二、後續研究建議 (一)研究對象方面
本研究之研究對象,是針對國中小學生招生之補習班,並未考慮到補習 班經營之主軸,難以推論於補教產業之運用,因此在未來應將研究對象之背 景,如:數理、語文、才藝出身之經營者,納入考慮,使研究結果更具代表 性。或是可依年資來做為單一的研究變數,以進行更深入的研究,因為不同 產業年資的經營者對於補教資源與能力之持有不同的經營看法。

(二)研究方法方面
本研究採層級程序分析法探討臺灣全省之補教事業經營者,因為層級程序 分析法為半質化的研究,具有質化研究之主觀的特性,所以研究結果有達到深 度的目的,但廣度則較為不足,所以建議未來可採其他量化的方式進行研究。
(三)研究內容方面
補教事業屬於教育服務業,本研究僅以資源基礎理論為研究的基礎,並 未考量到服務業管理的範疇,未來可嘗詴由服務業管理的議題加以探討。

1.請問經營補習班的資源應具備什麼呢?
答:資源,感覺是很模糊的說法。若是具體來說,經營補習班有「三務」:教 務、財務、業務。教務就是行政管理方面,財務就是資金、會計,業務為行 銷、招生企劃。
2.請問硬體設備上有哪些是需要的?特別重要的是什麼呢?
答:除了基本設備,對我來說,招牌很重要,補習班的設備中,花費最多成 本的就是我的招牌,要又大又顯眼,換句話說,就是行銷很重要。
3.請問在人員的部份,

答:員工最需要具備的就是熱忱。
