第七章 結論與建議

7.2 建議

本研究以台灣汽車與機車產業為例,驗證了供應鏈電子化合作關係持續性 整合模式,以下提出本研究之建議:

1.本研究並沒有針對供應鏈電子化系統服務內容與服務品質加以探討,建議後 續研究可針對此一部份來作深入探討。

2.本研究納入資源依賴與風險認知途徑之變數為模式之潛在變數,且假說檢定成

銷途徑(包括有內生變數—溝通,與中介變數—信任、關係承諾)其衡量變數仍 然嫌少,建議後續研究可就資源依賴與風險認知的衡量變數做更深入的探討,

以確實掌握供應商的態度及意見。

3.本研究因受限於經費與時間之緣故,故抽樣樣本數有限。但為使研究能符合統 計抽樣原理,本研究所使用之有效樣本超過200 份,在統計上已屬大樣本,依 規模效用遞減原則,樣本數若再增加亦不會提高更多之資料正確性,故現有資 料有一定之可靠程度,但因汽機車產業零組件供應商有限,在抽樣調查時,很 難保證樣本能夠符合多變量常態假設,因此在模式適配時容易產生過大的殘 差,導致chi-square 值顯著的問題。建議後續研究能將研究對象進行適當的分 群,如將供應鏈電子化系統分成開放性與專屬性系統來探討,並擴大樣本的分 析,且可嘗試將不同分群加以分析所得之模式進行對照比較,以獲取更充分的 資訊。

4.本研究檢視了供應鏈夥伴間組織特性對合作關係持續性的影響,並實證汽機 車產業因素(脈動速度中等)對電子化合作關係持續性的影響。然其它不同產 業在電子化合作關係持續性之影響可能呈現出不同的效果,因此,後續研究 可針對不同特性的產業,如電子產業(脈動速度較快)、鋼鐵產業(脈動速度較 慢),加以驗證,並比較其差異。

5.橫斷面(Cross-section)之資料較難以準確描述因果關係及動態變化。本研究問 卷詢問的為目前為止的合作關係,並未就供應鏈夥伴關係的發展階段進行探 討,然合作本身是一種動態的互動過程,不同的時間階段中,所面臨的影響 因素程度高低可能大不相同。Jap and Ganesan (2000)認為在合作初期的探索階 段,雙向投資有助於產生承諾;在合作末期的階段,則契約較有助於維持承 諾。因此,合作關係的各階段中,各種不同機制所能發揮的效益不同,廠商 或許需要不同型態的管理。

6.雖然影響電子化合作關係持續性因素之來源愈多愈有助於其因果關係之釐 清,但這些影響效果或許不是簡單的線性關係,而是彼此具有加成、相互取

代或交互作用,也許有助於溝通與資訊的掌握,或是目標共識的達成。因此,

這些機制之間可能有一些特殊的組合型態。此外,溝通或協調機制的組合型 態是否會造成影響因素來源成份的不同,亦為後續研究值得加以探討的課題。
