第三節 後續研究建議

1. 研究方法與資料蒐集

本研究以個案研究法與次級資料分析法作為研究方法,可信度與周延性較不 足,後續研究可針對購併個案標的企業領導人進行訪談及問卷調查,增加研究之 可信度,亦能令研究資料更為完整周延。

2. 研究對象

本研究僅針對鴻海與夏普購併案作為研究對象,因此,增加研究對象數量、

加強可類比性,使選取樣本更為周延是後續研究可改進之方向。此外,本研究僅 針對購併策略思維與購併歷程探討,後續研究者可擴展至購併後的議題探討,使 其購併個案研究更具全面性。

3. 研究主體

本研究以台灣企業(鴻海)及日本企業(夏普)購併案為主體,探討文化差 異對於購併歷程之影響,其文化差異性相對台灣與歐美國家之企業則略顯不足。

因此,後續研究者除了文化差異性研究,亦應加入文化同質性對購併之影響,讓 整體研究更完整清晰。
