第四節 德國 BIM 資源平台分析與盤點
一、buildingSMART Germany
buildingSMART International（bSI）的德國分會成立於 1995 年，在 2018 年 時名稱更改為“ buildingSMART Germany”[26]。
(一) 平台功能
該協會的一項基本任務是進一步發展和標準化公開資訊，即 BIM 專案中與 製造商無關的資訊交換，以及其對應工作流程的定義和標準化資訊。
(二) 服務項目
內容包括關於該組織的說明、個人或團體使用者的服務內容，提供公開標準、
技術資訊、有關 BIM 資料庫等資訊，提供認證的軟體及分會認證活動，及有關 會員相關服務規範。詳細內容詳圖3-9。
(三) 使用對象
施工廠商、營運維護管理單位。
(四) 會員制度 須付費。

由德國聯邦交通和數位基礎設施部（BMVI）和德國聯邦內政部（BMI）共 同運營，於2012-2013 年「Future Building」研究計畫，成果衍生出德國的 BIM 指引BIM-Leitfaden für Deutschland，為所有專案參與者提供了 BIM 的簡要介紹，
目標是在基礎設施和建築施工中採用統一且協調的方法[27]。
(一) 平台功能
提升 BIM 專案的資訊品質並可持續更新模型，確保專案的成本效益及預算 與進度的可靠性，提供初期導入 BIM 專案的參與者，相關資訊亦可提供業主、
設計人員、營造公司、產品製造商等。
(二) 服務項目
內容包括德國 BIM 指引、資訊數據和應用程序的標準化、分類對象和客戶 資訊需求（AEOI）開發數據庫，目的是提供統一的標準和模型，提供 BIM 相關 活動及教育訓練。詳細內容詳圖3-10。
(三) 使用對象
BIM Deutschland 主要使用對象為業主端、設計廠商、施工廠商。
(四) 會員制度 無會員制。
