第一節 美國 BIM 資源平台分析與盤點
一、國家建築科學研究所（National Institute of Building Sciences，NIBS）
美國是BIM 技術發展地及高度應用之國家，其國家建築科學研究所（National Institute of Building Sciences，NIBS）是由美國國會批准成立的非營利、非政府組 織，做為建築科學技術領域溝通政府機關和民間企業之間的橋樑。NIBS 長期推 動美國BIM 國家標準（National BIM Standards，簡稱 NBIMS-US），於2007 年發 佈了美國第一版NBIMS-US(V1)；2012 年 5 月發佈第二版 NBIMS-US (V2)；2015 年7 月發布第三版 NBIMS-US(V3)[19]。
(一) 平台功能
NIBS 網站內容包含標準和最佳實務的確立、技術開發、部署/實施方案，以 及規劃和生命週期管理，甚至包含建築資訊相 BIM 模型互操作性標準、必要的 工作流、相關 BIM 應用軟體等，以及針對後續營運維護階段的使用服務。詳細 內容詳圖3-1。
(二) 服務項目
NIBS 網站服務項目包括線上販售單位之出版本、提供已經完成的標準、提 供彙整重要參考資訊、提供免費可以直接下載的報告與指引、提供其所發行的電 子刊物、提供其所發行的電子期刊。
(三) 使用對象
美國國家建築科學研究所（NIBS）使用對象主要為業主端、規劃廠商、施工 廠商、BIM 專業廠商。
(四) 會員制度 須付費。

年，由美國12 家公司以 AutoCAD13 的 ARX 系統為基礎，研究不同應用軟體在 在協同工作的可能性，結果發覺不但可行更有可觀的經濟效益，buildingSMART 是一個中立化、國際性服務於 BIM 全生命週期的非營利組織，促進在建築工程 全生命週期過程中，各參與方間的資訊交流與協同合作，在北美、歐洲、澳大利 亞、亞洲及中東地區的許多國家均已設立分部，並於 1997 年制定了工業基礎類 別標準(IFC)的第一個版本，透過 IFC 文件格式可以與 BIM 程序間達成消息交換 [20]。
(一) 平台功能
IAI 於 2006 年更名為 buildingSMART alliance (bSa)，持續以民間角色推動 BIM 的應用與發展，主要目標為提供 AEC 及 FM 廠商，獲得相同單一 BIM 訊 息，IAI 認為 BIM 能有效減少成本及提高效率。詳細內容詳圖 3-2。
(二) 服務項目
buildingSMART 其內容包括關於該組織之說明、個人或團體使用者的服務內 容，提供公開標準、技術資訊、有關 BIM 資料庫等資訊，提供認證的軟體及分 會認證活動，以及有關會員相關服務規範。
(三) 使用對象
buildingSMART 使用對象主要為業主端、規劃廠商、施工廠商、營運維護管 理單位、BIM 專業廠商。
(四) 會員制度 須付費。
