一、整體產業趨勢探討
1、Enterprises with innovation activity：「有創新活動」的比例，CIS 的比例為 47.6%，
較台灣的54.7%來的低約 13 個百分點。共有 28 個國家，台灣排名第 10。
2、Enterprises without innovation activity：「無創新活動」的比例，CIS 的比例為 52.4%，較台灣的 45.3%來的高約 7 個百分點，台灣排名第 19。
3、Enterprises without innovation activity：「有技術創新」的比例，CIS 的比例為 36.7%，較台灣的 31.4%來的高約 5 個百分點，台灣排名第 20。
4、Product only innovation：「只有產品創新」的比例，CIS 的比例為 7.4%，較台 灣的11.33%來的低約 4 個百分點。共有 28 個國家，台灣排名第 6。
5、Process only innovation：「只有製程創新」的比例，CIS 的比例為 10.2%，較 台灣的9.11%來的高約 1 個百分點。共有 28 個國家，台灣排名第 16。
