根據本研究之結果,提出未來後續研究方向之建議如下:

(一) 本研究所探討的專利是以個別企業獨自研發的技術,但現今許多產品生 命周期縮短,許多企業間希望能維持研發技術與量產規模的優勢之下,而 常有競合的關係存在,因此,在未來研究可以將企業間合作研發的技術關 係加入探討。

(二) 本研究使用專利引證為專利績效之衡量變數,後續的研究可以用其他績 效衡量方式連結競爭行為(攻擊及反應),深入瞭解專利競爭動態對績效的 影響。

(三) 本研究使用變異數分析法(VCA)分解公司因素、產業因素及競爭行為 (攻擊及反應)對專利績效的解釋變異,未來研究可以利用其他研究方法(例 如:Nested ANOVA、HLM 等)再繼續探討專利績效來源主要因素。
