第五章 :結論與建議

第四節 未來研究建議

基於本研究的研究成果與限制,針對未來的研究有以下幾點建議。首先,未 來研究應探討其他產業的部分,或是比較東西方組織的差異,以歸納出本研究的 成果。另外,亦可探討不同的領域,像是領導風格在不同國家環境下的影響,可 利用 Hofstede (2001) 的文化指標指數 (Cultural Indices) 進行研究。

本研究的研究對象僅以從事於金融業之員工為對象,而由於各產業性質不 一,其員工所認知的倫理氣候程度亦或不同,後續研究者或可將研究對象擴大到 其它的業別,此為未來研究的一條途徑。未來研究者亦可深入其他像是服務業或 文教業來作研究。

另外,未來研究或許可以檢視倫理氣候中的其他要素。本研究係將焦點放在 倫理氣候的規範基準層面 (Rules-based dimension)可能有些層面的效果會看不出 來。例如道德領導對於 Victor and Cullen (1988) 倫理氣候中自利層面可能呈現負 向關係。由於道德領導的行為動機出自於利他主義,藉由提升部屬的道德感與對 組織目標的認同,進而認為執行道德(利他行為)是一件責任或義務,而利己導向的 員工面臨道德困境時,只顧自己的利益,與道德領導的理念相反,故呈現負向關 係。建議未來研究可以引用Victor and Cullen (1988) 較多層面的倫理氣候,如「法 律與準則」、「仁愛關懷」、「功利導向」以及「獨立自主」。

故事二 逃犯的故事

某甲因犯案,被法院判了十年的徒刑。在監獄服刑一年以後,他越獄而逃,

到另外一個地方,改名為文林。

文林辛勤地工作了八年,漸漸有了積蓄,重新開創了一番事業。他善待顧 客和員工,並且時常捐錢給慈善機構。
