第五章 雛型系統初步評估

第二節 未來方向與建議

於學習者組句完成後,自動診斷造句是否恰當並針對錯誤顯示回饋訊息。本 功能的診斷機制係根據學生運用成語造句時常見病句偏誤原因歸納設計而 成,先將學習者造句中各詞、成語加註詞性標記後,再利用各本體中知識就 學習者造句之句法規則、詞彙搭配類別、情感色彩作分析,以判斷學生造句 是否適切。

五、本研究以準實驗設計針對進行系統效能及滿意度評估方面,結果發現利用本 研究之系統輔助教學的學生學習成效顯著高於使用傳統教學的學生,尤其對 中、低能力程度學生具有顯著學習成效。在實際成語造句方面,以本研究之 系統輔助教學之學生成語語法、語義使用正確性也較傳統教學學生顯著為 高。另外,學生覺得本研究之系統是易用及有用的,並感到滿意。

六、本研究以訪談法針對實際使用過本研究之系統的五位國文教師進行系統可行 性的瞭解,受訪教師皆認為本系統是可以使用在學生自學成語上的。

第二節 未來方向與建議

本研究的未來研究方向與建議如下:

一、成語教學的部份,建議可以在成語語源的部份加入歷史漫畫或圖片,讓學生 更容易瞭解由來及使用情境,以圖像幫助成語學習。或可將成語依難度作分 級,讓不同學習階段的學生可以找到程度適合的成語進行學習或有順序性地 學習成語。

二、本研究在測驗題型產製上,僅以是非題、單選題、配合題等題型為主,並未 包含其他試題的發展議題,而各測驗題樣式部份也僅發展基本樣板,未作太 多的測驗樣板的研究。此外中文成語有一成語同時有許多意涵或多條成語的 意義極為相似的狀況,因此本研究在各題型的產製過程中已預先排除同義或 近義的成語與其知識組合的可能性,以避免可能會有模稜兩可的答案或多重 答案造成使用者混淆的狀況發生,此規則會降低其他是非題及選擇題選項的 誘答性。另外,本研究也未對本系統產出題目的難度及鑑別度進行評估。建 議未來可以朝著如填充題等更多的測驗題型發展,若希望能增加題目鑑別度 則可針對如何增加選項的誘答性部份作深入研究,如果可以導入Bloom 教育 目標分類為原理發展更多的測驗樣本,系統將可產製更多符合不同教育目標 的測驗題目,而且可依題目內容及測驗目標將題目作分級,以適用於不同學 習階段的學生。

三、本研究中情境式成語造句部份,研究者僅先提出一個電腦可進行診斷造句適 當與否的設計理念與對應的題目設計,未來研究可基於此診斷理念並朝著題 型設計的方向發展,針對不同學習階段的學生設計對應的題型,在第五章第 三節的訪談中有各受訪教師提出的諸多意見可供參考。另外,本研究中的情 境式成語造句題目,均以人工先行分析文意、句法、關鍵字,並設訂好題目 後再存入題庫中,未來研究可以朝系統能分析短文中之關鍵字詞及成語、自 動產生情境式成語造句練習題目並提供選項的方向進行。

四、由於研究目的與時間的限制,本研究在成語造句練習的部份是採是非題、選 擇題及情境式成語造句練習的題型,未來研究可以朝讓學習者開放式全句自 行造句的方向進行。而中文詞彙廣博而精深,目前系統資料庫中的詞語及成 語僅為詞海中的一小部份,因此若希望達到學習者自行造句的理想,則需要 配合擴充資料庫中詞語量並能以斷詞、自然語言等技術進行分析。

五、礙於研究目的及研究時間受限,本研究以建置詞語訊息、成語知識本體及利 用本體完善各測驗、造句練習功能為核心,系統發展部份僅以學習者觀點之 成語練習操作介面及其功能為發展重點,進行系統實作及後續測驗與成效評 估,管理者及教師功能並未能包含在本研究的實作中。後續研究可以將管理 者及教師功能加入,讓系統功能更具全面性,也可更容易進行各資料庫及模 組的維護。
