本研究致力發展一套社會性標記平台於楊英風數位美術館,於現階段獲得正
面的評價,但仍存在許多需要精益求精的地方,以下依序提出未來研究之發展方
向與應改善之處。
(1) 現階段的研究並未區分個人化標籤與大眾標籤,故皆可分享所有使用者
建立的標籤,雖然得到的搜尋詞彙較為廣泛,但其缺點是並非所有使用
者的喜好、感受皆相同,所運用的詞彙也不一樣,他人得到的推薦詞不
一定是自己所認同的推薦,故接下來的研究必須建立個人化標籤,有個
人化標籤之後便會有個人化標籤地圖,如此可知道不同使用者一定會有
不同觀賞喜好以及所使用詞彙的習慣。運用個人化標籤,每個人所得到
的標籤群聚效果就會有所不同,有些人可能喜好抽象、水彩、風景、柔
和的線條等,有些人可能喜歡強烈對比的、剛硬線條的畫面,也有人會
喜歡金屬、光澤、雕塑等作品。再者,個人化標籤也可與大眾標籤結合,
建立更廣泛的搜尋與推薦。
(2) 對標籤本身來說,由於隨著使用者不斷地新增,標籤數量也會愈來愈龐
大,有時使用者會有建立錯誤標籤的可能性,所以必須建立一套標籤管
理機制。若是個人化的標籤則可藉由使用者自行管理、新增、刪除或修
改,若是透過標籤間的共用性以推薦給其他使用者時,則必須查核是否
推薦的詞彙出現頻率或相似度夠高,達到足以推薦給其他使用者的門
檻。
(3) 關鍵詞本身是由系統自動擷取出來的,作為系統剛建置的初始搜尋詞
彙,其準確性必須依賴中文斷詞的技術,現階段系統自動擷取出來的詞
彙畢竟多有所謬誤,很難達到100%的準確性,故未來發展方向可由使
用者及時調整關鍵詞的權重,或使用者自行刪除或修改,以符合更精確
更具代表藝術品的關鍵詞。
(4) 本研究標記功能之標籤分群結構是以樹狀圖展開,目的是方便使用者瀏
覽及直接點選所需要的標籤連結,礙於技術性及實驗性質的考量,所提
供的功能仍有諸多限制,未能達到完全友善的介面,階層結構為靜態呈
現,無法讓使用者自行調整。另外標籤的畫面隨使用者想瀏覽再展開即
可,畫面上可呈現更友善與互動的介面。
(5) 許多技術上可改進的空間,都能讓本研究更臻完美。後續的研究可再進
一步透過使用者訪談等質性分析,深入了解使用者的需求及對標記系統
的觀感,使未來能設計出具有更高優使性(Usability)的界面,以期能創
造更完善的解決方案。
