第五章 研究結論與建議

第二節 未來研究建議

綜合本研究之過程、方法及限制,故提出以下之未來研究建議:

一、礙於人力、時間及地利之便考量,本研究調查範圍只侷限於高雄市,得到之 結論並無法證實可直接應用於全台地區,建議後續相關研究可針對全台各縣 市做調查和研究,以期能較完整的建構高齡者身體活動量與情緒和記憶等認 知能力之架構和關係。

二、由於本研究之樣本的限制,並無法針對各縣市與城鄉間做比較,然而各縣市 與其城鄉間的生長環境、風俗文化等皆不一致,因此建議後續研究者可以 將此一因素納入研究中,更詳盡地去探討並分析,以讓此相關研究能應用 的層面更加廣泛。

三、本研究是以整體的觀念來探討身體活動量與情緒調適和記憶能力的關係,

當中可能還有一些生理或心理影響因素,像是養成規律身體活動之心理動 機、可能影響情緒調適或記憶能力的生理與心理健康等因素尚未被納入分 析,建議後續研究者可參照此研究的觀念架構,進行生理或心理層面更廣泛 且具深度的研究。
