第二節 研究建議

一、 實務上的建議

本研究經由個案研究、發現與綜合討論後,提出以下建議:

(一) 在專案管理方面:宜建立專案管理經驗的知識累積平台,以彙集產出領域 相近之專案範本模組,作為後續專案參考與利用。

企業在執行軟體專案後,若能有效儲存專案管理相關經驗,透過各類型 專案與專案管理的相關經驗,以有系統的分類、儲存與累積,即可作為企業 在專案管理方面的知識核心。將專案運作過程的重要討論、規劃與執行等相 關經驗,均可彙整產出專案執行的參考範本,例如各階段人力投入的比例、

領導者需在何階段扮演那種角色等等,將有利於後續專案執行的參考利用。

(二) 在專案間互動方面:建議可以提供專案間共同使用的半開放式互動空間,更 有助於專案間的互動與溝通。

提供一個可以專案共同使用的半開放式互動空間,讓專案在無形之中建 立起很自然的互動行為,容易達到拉近專案與專案之間、或者人與人之間的 關係。這種空間有助於專案同仁之間的互動,因此有助於知識創造與分享,

進而有助於行為學習的產生。

(三) 在專案執行方面:宜建立相關的工作規範以及專案間共同訂定標準化的開發 工具和方法。

在系統開發過程中,相關規範與標準的建立以及成員是否能熟悉開發工 具與方法,對系統開發工作來講是很重要的。目前專案整合開放源碼軟體眾 多,容易造成技術的分散,因此在分析評估階段可以訂定相關規範與標準,

二、 後續研究建議

(一) 本研究僅以趨勢科技的雲端運算專案為研究對象,研究結果無法推廣及其 他產業。因此,後續研究者可以考慮以其他專案進行實證分析或進行跨產 業比較。

(二) 本研究專案特性僅專案目標、專案組織、專案類型與技術來源四種,後續 研究可加入其他因素探討,例如專案時程、開發經驗等。

(三) 後續研究可加入專案績效的探討,例如專案效率與效果指標等,可以更深 入地了解專案績效的內涵,建構出專案績效變數之間的關係。
