第二節 研究建議

本研究以 ACSI 與 ECSI 模式為骨幹,欲探討影響高級房車產業顧客滿意度因素,

由於類似的研究在國內外較為少見,因此本研究之研究用意乃為進行初探性研究,欲 描繪出概括之輪廓再加以深入探討。無奈受限於人力、時間等因素僅採集了 2 家營業 所,共 263 份有效之問卷,經分析後雖得到相關研究成果,但樣本數量無法完全代表 全體高級房車產業的表現,冀盼後續研究者可增加研究樣本數量,以強化成果之可信 程度。

本研究僅以公司形象、服務品質、知覺價值、顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度與顧客抱

怨等六個構面來建構高級房車滿意度模式。盼後續研究者可增加高級房車營業所員工 滿意度等因素,以及進一步擴大瞭解員工滿意度與顧客滿意度間聯繫的關係,使高級 房車產業業者對於顧客滿意度有更深一步了解。
