第三節 研究建議
一、研究對象樣本數較少
本次研究對象僅有 30 位,若將研究結果推論較大的母群體將會有所限制,
未來研究可將研究樣本數量增加,以利推估更廣大的高齡者群體。
二、影響因素無法完全排除
本次研究係透過認知促進活動來加以探討高齡者之認知功能及主觀記憶抱 怨是否有影響,過程中可能會忽略其他因素,造成研究結果上的誤差。
三、量化研究
本研究因考量到人力、時間及經費上之限制,並無後續追蹤之研究,因此未 來相關研究可以採用量化研究及質性研究來探討。
四、認知促進活動方案
認知促進活動方案可以針對個人之認知能力狀況的不同,而加以設計「個人 化」之活動方案,更貼近高齡者生活脈絡或是生活內容,使認知促進活動過程更 加順暢。
五、對於政府及老人機構建議
認知促進活動在許多研究文獻中都會發現,透過認知相關活動是可以有效提 升個體的認知功能,並且可有效長達數個月。因此政府可以將認知相關活動推廣 到各個社區鄰里,使國內高齡者的認知功能能夠延緩或是改善,如此可降低國內 所支付的醫療成本。而老人機構,則是可以在日常活動中增加認知相關活動,除 了可以豐富在機構的生活,也可以延緩認知功能之退化。

活動流程 時間
1. 研究人員在活動開始前進行暖身操,
並詢問受試者當天活動年份、月份、
日期、受試地點為何?詢問當天食用 的早餐或中餐的為何?以及詢問最近 的時事為何?。
2. 研究人員講解 Associated
words/discussion 的活動規則及示範。
3. 請受試者隨機抽取數量詞、有人名 物、著名景點後,開始思考如何將這 三個詞完成為一個句子。
4. 活動結束後,請受試者分享或是回饋。
