第六章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

一、本研究為連續性取樣之設計,且取樣單位來自同一教學醫院之患者,因此難 以代表其它地區患者之疲倦情形。

二、本研究為一橫斷性研究,但疲倦狀況為一主觀且隨時間浮動之現象,因此無 法提供及時且連續性的疲倦數值,對患者之疲倦程度或狀態,較侷限而無法 有完整的了解。

三、關於發炎指數與疲倦狀況之關聯,本研究由於受限財力及人力資源,僅以半 年之內曾抽驗過之 C-反應蛋白為用,也無法抽驗如文獻所列之介白質-6 等,

可能有失偏頗。左旋肉鹼與疲倦部分,因本研究未特別詢問患者的日常飲食 狀況,無法排除食物對左旋肉鹼濃度造成的影響。

四、本研究原計畫比較有施打及未施打左旋-肉鹼兩組病患之肌力及疲倦程度,

但剛好遇到該透析單位有政策上的變化,導致施打左旋-肉鹼之個案大量流 失,無法收到足夠個案,而無法進一步分析兩者之差異。
