第三節 研究限制
參、 護理研究方面
藉由本研究分析所得的結果，首先了解巴金森氏症病人人口學特質，能提供臨床照 護人員照護措施及護理計畫之參考。研究結果亦得侯葉分級等級、疲憊嚴重程度與憂鬱 狀況是巴金森氏症病患的重要預測因子，表示巴金森氏症病人會受此變項影響，故可做 為未來研究者進一步探討時的參考方向，因此建議在後續的研究可以將「病友支持團體」
或「諮商團體」當做介入措施，來探討此介入措施對巴金森氏症病人生活品質提升的狀 況。
第三節 、研究 限制
本研究因時間的關係，是採立意取樣方式進行收案，因此會影響研究結果的推論 性，如以後之研究能有更充分之時間與人力，增加收案人數及擴大收案地點，將會使結 果更具有推論性與代表性。
另外，此研究設計為探討巴金森氏症病人之生活品質狀況及相關影響因素，為初步 描述性之研究，且只進行一次生活品質測量，故只能了解在特定的時間內，研究範圍限 於探討巴金森氏症病人之生活品質與相關因素，其治療因應策略之選擇僅以「藥物」作 為治療選擇，可能無法廣納研究對象之多元化及個別性，更無法深入了解或進行治療前 後與手術前後不同階段的變化，如果未來研究能持續追蹤巴金森氏症病人對其發病不同 時期的生活品質狀況，或做治療前後的比較，瞭解巴金森氏症病人生活品質之變化，就 能更了解病患的生活品質的變化。
