本研究的研究限制有三,詳細限制說明如下所列:
一、 本研究為2018年以臺北市及新北市之餐飲業作為研究樣本,因有限人力與時間限制 及狹隘市場抽樣和行業類別 (即,餐廳及小吃) 限制,這些研究結果難以涵蓋全部 的服務業 (如零售業) 及其他地區。
二、 財務績效之資料來源皆為施測對象之自主意見,於本研究中並非實際之次級資 料,故可能受限於受測對象之年齡與工作經驗造成回應結果有所差異。
三、 本研究以科技接受模式以及創新擴散理論角度來探討行動支付對於餐飲業者的適 用性,但尚有許多變數會對其產生間接或直接影響,如:餐點內用或外帶、餐點價 格等等,建議在往後的研究,可以加入更多的變數,使研究推論能更加貼近真實情 況。
未來的研究建議收集更多樣本數,並調查是否有其他因素影響商家建設行動支付 設備,同時也對消費者進行問卷調查,了解雙方的缺口而做出改善計畫,進而能夠加速 行動支付在臺灣的普及率;Gefen, Straub, 與 Boudreau (2000) 指出,在本研究的理論基 礎下,結構方程模型 (Structural equation modeling, SEM) 與迴歸分析相較之下,結構方 程模型的解釋力會比迴歸分析要好,建議往後的研究可以使用結構方程模型作為分析工 具,以提升對於變項的解釋力。
本研究中因自變項與依變項的兩個構面的填答者相同,由測量方法所造成的系統 性的偏誤,有可能導致結論有所影響,因此建議在未來研究,可以將消費者與業者之間 配對填答,避免可能產生共同方法變異 (common method variance, CMV ) 的情況。

附錄一 電子支付機構管理條例

第 一 章 總則
第 1 條 為促進電子支付機構健全經營及發展,以提供安全便利之資金移轉服務,
特制定本條例。
第 2 條 本條例之主管機關為金融監督管理委員會。
第 3 條 本條例所稱電子支付機構,指經主管機關許可,以網路或電子支付平臺為 中介,接受使用者註冊及開立記錄資金移轉與儲值情形之帳戶(以下簡稱 電子支付帳戶),並利用電子設備以連線方式傳遞收付訊息,於付款方及 收款方間經營下列業務之公司。但僅經營第一款業務,且所保管代理收付 款項總餘額未逾一定金額者,不包括之:
一、代理收付實質交易款項。
二、收受儲值款項。
三、電子支付帳戶間款項移轉。
四、其他經主管機關核定之業務。
前項但書所定代理收付款項總餘額之計算方式及一定金額,由主管機關定 之。
屬第一項但書者,於所保管代理收付款項總餘額逾主管機關規定一定金額 之日起算六個月內,應向主管機關申請電子支付機構之許可。

主管機關為查明前項情形,得要求特定之自然人、法人、團體於限期內提 供所保管代理收付款項總餘額之相關資料及說明;必要時,得要求銀行及 其他金融機構提供其存款及其他有關資料。
第 4 條 電子支付機構經營業務,應符合下列規定:
一、涉及外匯部分,應依中央銀行規定辦理。
二、前條第一項第一款之實質交易,不得涉有未經主管機關核准代理收付
