本研究在研究過程中雖已相當客觀並謹慎的蒐集資料並分析,但仍 有些不足及受到限制之處,以下列出幾點可能造成本研究結果偏誤之限 制,並針對該項目列出後續研究發展方向建議。

(一) 可改為縱貫性研究

本研究採取橫斷面研究方式,無法推論因果關係,建議未來研究採 取縱貫性研究,以降低共同方法變異的威脅。

(二) 可參考次級資料

本團隊在進行資料蒐集的過程中,審慎地考量避免同源誤差

(Common Method Bias),研究資料來源主要為第一手資料的非管理職員工 手填問卷,未使用公開且經過整理的次級資料輔助,未來若要進行後續 研究建議可將次級資料作為參考依據,增加研究結果的信度及效度。

(三) 可進行跨層次研究

因為本研究採取個人層次,進行變項間的探討,但個人層次的研究 可能忽略了組織實務的現象,例如:較高層次變項對個人層次變項關係 所帶來的效應,因此未來研究可以進行跨層次分析。
