第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與未來研究方向

本研究在架構發展與研究設計都力求嚴謹,但可能存在若干研究限制與問題,這 些限制及待改進之處如下供本文閱讀者一些研究參考與建議。

1. 本研究中的回收樣本超過 70%為女性,年齡都集中在 18 到 24 歲的居多,且居住地 區為集中於南部,但不同的性別、年齡及地區,可能會使受測結果不同,故研究推 論所得到的結果在外推到其它族群時可能有些許限制或不具一般化。因此建議後續 研究者可用更多的研究對象來進行研究。

2. 本研究因只探討個人規範、主觀規範、知覺風險、生態知覺利益、低碳知識與政府 政策誘因對購買意圖之影響,然而還有更多的因素會影響電動機車的購買意願,且 本研究未探討把政府政策誘因對態度之影響,因此建議未來研究者可以加入其他例 如品牌或銷售策略等因素進行研究,或是把政府政策誘因對態度之影響加入,可使 研究更加的完整。

3. 本研究低碳知識之題項,後續研究者可使用更完整更周延的量表,捕捉更完整的低

碳知識,更廣泛了解各種低碳知識構面對電動機車態度和購買意圖的影響。

4. 本研究以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以橫斷面研究檢驗構面的關係,因果關係較為 不明確。因此,建議未來研究者可透過訪談法等研究方法以探討低碳知識與生態知 覺利益,或是使用跨時空的方法去探討知覺風險,而能深入了解消費者之傾向及選 擇偏好等,消費者對購買意圖之影響關係會有進一步的幫助。
