研究限制

本研究胎心窘迫案例常是各醫院醫療糾紛的個案，通常比較不願意公 開，尤其是有一些比較不理想的個案，更是不容易收集。又因本研究只收集 4 家醫院的個案，樣本並未隨機，全國此病症之母群體無法獲得，不能做適 合度檢定，因此外推性受限。
