第二節 研究限制
本研究是針對於精神科住院中的憂鬱症個案,故建議之後研究可增加收案地點、人 數,及增加憂鬱症患者之憂鬱症的嚴重度、憂鬱症患者服藥情形及藥物影響,增進研究
的介入效果評估。而 HRV 的影響因素眾多,除心臟疾病、年齡、姿勢、心跳速率、性
別、晝夜變化、急性心理壓力、有無吸菸等等。而本研究並無測量姿勢、有無吸菸及心
臟疾病之變項,建議關於 HRV 的研究變項中加入這些考量。而介入措施對與有無憂鬱
症的介入成效部分,可再增加一組無憂鬱症個案進行對照,進而可更了解此介入措施對 有無憂鬱症個案之影響的成效比較。
