在石斛之化學成分考察部分,依文獻,將世界各地已完成的石斛 屬植物之化學成分研究,依其結構類別分為 24 類,統計的結果共有 199 種化合物。
在實驗部分,三星石斛的成分分析結果如下:
三星石斛之莖的正己烷抽出物經管柱層析分離,低極性(100﹪正 己烷)部分在經 GC, GC/MS 分析鑑定,主要為長鏈烷類化合物:18 個碳至 29 個碳的直鏈烷;此外還有烯類:heptene、octene、undecene、
eicosene、nonacosene;脂肪酸:hexadecanoic acid、heptadecanoic acid、
octadecanoic acid;和 herbertene、calamene、dibutyl phthalate、dioctyl phthalate、alloaromadendrene。10﹪正己烷/乙酸乙酯沖出部分經進一 步管柱層析分離得到 2,3,4,7-tetramethoxyphenanthrene、hexacosanol、
stigmast-4-en-3-one。20﹪正己烷/乙酸乙酯沖出部分經進一步管柱層 析分離得到 phytosterol。
三星石斛之莖的乙酸乙酯抽出物經管柱層析分離,在 100﹪正己 烷沖出部分得到 heptacosane;10﹪正己烷/乙酸乙酯沖出部分經進一 步管柱層析分離得到 stigmast-4-en-3-one。
