本實驗以 Langmuir-Blodgette 的方法製作出了不同形狀以及不同壓力的奈米 材料薄膜,並且比較了其螢光增加倍率。也比較了在不同基板上(羧酸化-COOH 的 Polysine 玻璃片以及金島狀薄膜玻璃片)的螢光增強倍率。藉由將合成在 CTAB/CTAC 中的奈米材料再包覆一層 PVP 保護膜的轉相方法使之在酒精氯仿 混合液中不會聚集,以此當成Langmuir-Blodgette 的排膜材料,再以不同表面壓 力來製成不同奈米材料密度的薄膜,以此作不同奈米材料的螢光倍率比較。結果 發現,5 mN/m-金/銀-核/殼結構-羧酸化玻璃-IR800 有著最高的螢光倍率,其螢光 增強倍率可達177 倍。

期望未來能將奈米材料有規律且周期性地排列在金島狀薄膜上(即 NOM 結 構),若能將反射率降低將此結構製成完美吸收體,期望能有更好的螢光增強效 果。
