第五章 結論

在本篇論文中,以飲食操弄的方式發現卡路里節制會增進小鼠在不同認知行 為作業中學習與記憶的表現。而利用藥物 fluoxetine 發現可以阻斷卡路里節制的 效果,代表血清素參與了其中的過程。更進一步利用 5-HT6 血清素亞型受體促 進劑同樣可以阻斷卡路里節制增進學習記憶的效果,而 5-HT6 血清素亞型受體 抑制劑則沒有任何的影響。由此可知,卡路里節制不僅調控血清素,還透過

5-HT6血清素亞型受體來影響學習與記憶的表現。

除此之外,卡路里節制還降低了海馬迴 PKA 磷酸化的表現,而利用促進 PKA 磷酸化的藥物 rolipram 發現也會阻斷卡路里節制增進學習記憶的效果。總 結來說,卡路里節制調控血清素並且透過 5-HT6 血清素亞型受體改變 PKA 磷 酸化表現最後影響到學習與記憶。
