四、 結論
1. 推測 enterolactone、sesamin、茉莉甲醇萃物及菊花甲醇萃物可能透過抑制 CD36 mRNA 表現,減少細胞對 oxLDL 之攝入,以降低細胞內總膽固醇量,能因此 具有抑制泡沫細胞形成之潛力,而減緩動脈粥狀硬化進程。
2. 所有測試物 (除 enterolactone 外),皆能顯著下降 IL-1β 及 TNFα 濃度,可能具 有抗發炎的作用。而 Enterolactone、genistein 及苜蓿芽乙酸乙酯萃物皆能顯著 抑制巨噬細胞分泌之 MCP-1 與 MMP-9 濃度,以及 MMP-9 活性,推測他們可 能藉由減少促發炎因子之形成、減少單核球聚集及平滑肌細胞移行,而具有 減緩斑塊之形成或使已形成之斑塊較不易破裂的可能潛力。
3. 所有測試物皆能抑制單核球對受到 oxLDL 刺激之內皮細胞間的黏附情形,推 測可以透過減少內皮細胞與單核球間的黏附,而可能具有減緩泡沫細胞生成 之效用。
