4 mg/kg 與 8 mg/kg 的咖啡因增補劑量在 EIMD 期間對肌力表現恢復及 DOMS 的減 緩並無劑量反應的關係存在。同時,低劑量咖啡因增補即可有效減緩 DOMS 並提升運 動單位的招募,對促進 MVIC 的效果較具優勢;而高劑量咖啡因增補則對肌耐力表現

T

lim的促進較具優勢,可能原因為增補後能促進 Ca++的釋放並減緩血液 K+濃度而有利於 減緩肌肉疲勞。另外,EIMD 期間連續 2 天進行咖啡因增補皆能促進運動表現的提升,

不過高劑量咖啡因增補可能會加成肌肉分解代謝的作用而不利於 EIMD 期間肌肉的合 成及重塑。

二、建議:

持拍類運動項目的選手,若因訓練的強度驟升或在進行劇烈的運動競賽過後,導致 DOMS 不適症狀發生並造成運動表現的下降時,可以在接續的幾天重複藉由咖啡因增補 (4 mg/kg) 來減緩運動過程中 DOMS 及 RPE 的程度,亦能減緩肌力表現的下降,除了能 在肌肉損傷期間立即增進運動表現之外,亦不會影響肌肉合成及重塑。

過去研究指出在非 EIMD 條件下藉由咖啡因增補對促進下肢肌群肌力表現的效果 優於上肢肌群,然而若以相同模式之離心運動誘發肌肉損傷後肌力表現下滑程度則是下 肢肌群高於上肢肌群。因此,未來研究可以繼續釐清在 EIMD 條件下進行咖啡因增補對 上述不同肌群之 DOMS 指數減緩及肌力表現恢復的效益,期能進一步提供教練與選手 針對本身運動項目主要使用肌群的特殊性,給予實用之營養增補策略。
