我們合成 Multi-arm-PEG-p(Glu),在此高分子支鏈上修飾上硫醇,
並利用修飾硫醇後的高分子作為金奈米團簇的配位基團,我們實驗的 結果發現NaBH4還原後合成的金奈米團簇與再熱水浴合成的金奈米 團簇的放光波長會與PEG-p(Glu)爪數不同而有變化,NaBH4還原後 合成的金奈米團簇會由於爪數變多而形成尺寸較大的金奈米團簇,然 而再經過熱水浴合成後,反而使的原本高爪數的金奈米團簇尺寸大小 減小,且原本低爪數的金奈米團簇尺寸大小變大,而可通過XPS 的 分析推論出此現象的變化,以及利用ESI-MS 能推算出金奈米團簇的 分子式,尺寸小的金奈米團簇約為8 至 9 個金原子合成其結構,然而 尺寸大的金原子約為16 至 18 個金原子合成其結構;然而再修飾共聚 物方面,過程並不穩定,再將雙硫鍵切斷後做純化的步驟較無法控制,
可能因為純化時間長使的切斷後的硫分子又相接,以及要更確認金奈 米團簇的行成原因還需要更多的證據。然而我們成功合成出可放出兩 種放光的金奈米團簇,利用 Multi-arm-PEG 去調控放光,也可以依此 找出增強螢光強度的方法。而期望可以利用此方式可以調控金奈米團 簇的放光波長。
