Chapter 5 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

5.3 Research limitation and suggestion for future study

Although the theoretical contribution and managerial implication, some limitations of the research to be considered. The first limitation is that the sample is just conducted in Haiduong province, northern of Vietnam; therefore, the future research should perhaps be conducted with bigger number with variety area. Secondly, the model should be more developed by adding other variables such as turnover, commitment…and the model should be tested by other method to validated the result. A third limitation is related to sample characteristics that may limit the generalization of the results to some degree.
