Prof Chang of HKUST to Lecture on Biological Communication Systems
A free public lecture on communication systems in biological organisms and how they work will be given at the Hong Kong Science Museum on Sunday, 28 November.

Professor Donald Chang of the Department of Biology at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) will explain the major types of cell-to-cell communication and the physiochemical principles behind them.
Professor Chang has been a pioneer in applying nuclear magnetic resonance techniques for cancer diagnosis. He was educated in Taiwan and the United States. Before joining HKUST, Professor Chang taught at the Baylor College of Medicine.
This lecture is the fifth in this year’s Popular Science Lecture Series jointly sponsored by HKUST and the Hong Kong Science Museum. Programme details are as follows:
