共生質對大白鼠腸道功能與體內抗氧化狀態之影響

本研究主要探討共生質對於大白鼠腸道功能與體內抗氧化狀態之影響。

將雄性 Sprague-Dawley 大白鼠分成對照組、低劑量組和高劑量組 ( 添 加 1.56 及 7.80g/kg/day 共生質 ) 等三組。共生質含有菊糖及五種益菌 ( 常寶寧;美商威望股份有限公司 ) 。實驗第八週進行糞便中菌相之 分析後,進行空腸黏膜脂解 ? 和雙醣 ?(lactase 、 isomaltase 、 sucrase) 活性測定,並進行空腸黏膜、肝臟與紅血球抗氧化酵素活性及抗氧化 物質 (GSH) 之分析。結果發現,低劑量組糞便中大腸桿菌菌數顯著降 低,空腸黏膜 lactase 活性則顯著提高,而且紅血球 GRd 活性也顯著 增加。而高劑量組大白鼠除糞便中大腸桿菌菌數顯著降低以外,糞便 中乳酸桿菌及雙叉桿菌菌數也顯著增加,並且發現空腸黏膜脂解 ? 、 lactase 、 isomaltase 活性顯著提高,而且發現空腸黏膜 glutathione red uctase(GRd) 、 catalase (CAT) 及 superoxide dismutase (SOD) 活性顯著 增加, GSH 的濃度也顯著提升,另外,肝臟中 CAT 活性與紅血球 G Rd 與 SOD 活性也顯著增加。由此可知,大白鼠攝取共生質粉末不僅 可以改善腸道菌相平衡、增加空腸黏膜消化酵素活性,更可有效提升 體內抗氧化狀態。

Effects of synbiotics on the intestinal function and antioxidative status in rats

This study was to investigate the effects of synbiotics on the intestinal func tion and antioxidative status in rats. The male Sprague-Dawley rats were ra ndomly divided into three groups such as control (C), low (L) and high dos age (H) groups (1.56 and 7.80g/kg BW/day synbiotics powder was added t o diet). The synbiotics was composed of inulin and 5 probiotics (FloraGuar d?, Viva Life Science). After 8 weeks, rats in L group showed the significa ntly lower fecal E. coli count than that of control group. The jejunal lactase activity and erythrocytic GRd activity were significantly increased in L gro up. Rats in H group had higher fecal Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium an d lower E. coli. counts than those of C group. H group also showed the sig nificant increase in jejunal lipase, lactase and isomaltase activities. In additi on, the jejunal GRd, CAT and SOD activities, erythrocytic GRd and SOD activities, and hepatic CAT activity were significantly increased in H group .
