一、研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。(由受聘人填寫)

1. 演講與教學工作:

 於成大醫院會議室專題演講「Experience Sharing on New Product Development」,有中 心各研發團隊及醫工所碩博士生參加,在此演講中分享心產品開發的核心想法與 DFDI 理論。

 於醫學工程研究所專題演講「A Methodology for Measuring and Identifying Time- varying Dynamic System」,有碩博士生及博士後人員參加,在此演講中配合 實務 引導學生構思時變動態系統的測量。

 於生物醫學工程學系新生演講「生涯規劃與人生學習態度」。

2. 科技研發與管理:

 參與 MDIC 組織運作策略會議了解計畫目標與執行策略並提供建言,建議中心以產 品開發為導向,在人員及制度方面都要配合,確立中心為產品開發之中心,強調 SOP 訂定的重要。

 參與計畫主持人賴教授明昭之工作會議,建議中心之 KPI 要以產品為主,若以 paper 的產出較不適合,並期望中心有 SOP 讓各計畫老師在產品研發,有較清楚的觀念。

 參與 MDIC 之 SOP 制定相關事宜會議,建議先制定 SOP 再逐步修訂,中心計畫審查 機制之漏斗理論明文定義。

3. 學術合作交流工作:

 協助成大醫工所學生至新加坡南洋理工大學交流學習。

 專題心得交流。

4. 構思未來教學與科技研發管理的工作計畫。

前瞻醫療器材科技中心本次延攬優秀人才進行演講與教學工作、科技研發與管理及學術合作 交流工作等工作,已達到延攬預期目標。受延攬人在科技研發與管理提供中心寶貴意見,如漏 斗理論、SOP 的建立,產品導向的組織架構與策略等,對中心未來的發展有莫大的助益,其具 體成效如下:

1. 演講與教學工作:

 9/21 專題演講「Experience Sharing on New Product Development」。

 9/14 專題演講「 A Methodology for Measuring and Identifying Time-varying Dynamic System」。

 9/26 專題演講「生涯規劃與人生學習態度」。

2. 科技研發與管理:

 9/9 參與 MDIC 組織運作策略會議提供建言。

 9/16 參與計畫主持人賴教授明昭之工作會議提供建議。

 9/28 參與 MDIC 之 SOP 制定相關事宜會議提供建言。

3. 學術合作交流工作:

 協助成大醫工所學生至新加坡南洋理工大學交流學習逐步進行中。

 專題心得交流與經驗分享。

4. 構思未來教學與科技研發管理的工作計劃。

 MDIC 科技研發管理之策略藍圖。

 思考未來是否回母校繼續貢獻產品開發專長。
