四大工業區產學人力需求評估研究

英 文 摘 要
For promoting and implementing the cooperation among industries and
technology schools as well as setting up the practice capacities of each school,
Ministry of Education stipulates “Ministry of Education promotes the
Technology universities and colleges to implement the cooperation with
enterprises of industrial zone”, via building up the cooperation of research with
enterprises located at industrial zone, and helping enterprises in problem solving.
In order to reach this goal, this plan will carry on a survey by way of
interviewing enterprises as well as questionnaire to investigate enterprises’ need
in human resources, on-job training. The results of this survey could be a
reference in designing curriculum and providing student’s necessary training
accordingly in order that Minghsin University’s students could be employed by
those enterprises, and also be a reference to set up Minghsin capacities to offer
cooperation services. In order to reach this goal, this plan carries on a survey by
way of interviewing enterprises as well as questionnaire to investigate
enterprises’ need in building up cooperative projects with MUST. The
questionnaire is developed via referring relevant researches and documents,
interviewing experts, made a verdict by discussions, and revised accordingly.
The questionnaire is divided into four parts, the first part is manufacturers’
demands for on-job training, second part is the demand for practice for students,
the third part is the demand for manpower, and the fourth part is demand for the
collaborative project with MUST. Total of 300 questionnaires are sent to
manufacturers, but only 8 copies were returned. We also interviewed 3
companies who have intentions in cooperation with MUST. The analysis
resulted from those returned questionnaires showing that the courses most
demanded in on-job training is information courses. After interviewing
companies located at Hsinchu Industrial Zone, we found that the first priority of
manufacturers’ demands for on-job training cooperation is using the facilities of
MUST as well professional teachers.

的大型研發計畫提供資金補助。這類計劃一般必須由企業界、大學和其他研究機構形成 研發團隊,共同合作,才可能成功並得到政府的贊助。有些計畫是屬於較競爭前期 (pre-competitive)研究性質,有些計畫則是較接近市場競爭階段的研究。
