摘 要

壓縮機的應用種類方面有往復式、離心式、螺旋式、真空幫浦、 液體和多相幫浦。更改進外型,讓效率和穩定性在分析的 工具的幫 助下設計,在透過一維的流體模型上基於透過實驗被確認的數值 法。繼續對更進一步的改進吸入口和閥門的氣 體流動損失的結果和 這些怎形狀影響壓力和溫度影響排氣口,機器零件的變形對效能影 響很大。使用CFD 分析並且把結 果和三維的計算機輔助設計系統 結合起來。這篇文章描述CFD 怎樣被其他設計軟體合併透過獲得 交互式對雙螺旋壓縮機 的整個設計過程的控制的一種不可缺少的 管理方法。描述的方法具有相當多的機會並且可以被使用,不僅對 螺旋壓縮機 來說而且對任何其他雙螺旋轉子的機器或者其他類型 機器,例如用往復式、離心式、螺旋式,真空幫浦。
