一、 研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。 （由受聘人填寫）

處理本計畫相關之各項法律問題，尤其是涉及國際性之技術合作事宜，包括但不限於技術
合作研發之策略規劃、具體內容協商、風險評估、潛在訴訟規避、爭議處理、相關契約之
撰寫、審議以及未來技術合作之管理（包括與校內相關單位，如研總與技轉育成中心的協
調合作）等相關事宜。
自受聘以來先後處理了涉及與法國（馬達加斯加島）、日本、泰國與馬來西亞等地潛在合
作對象或企業的相關聯繫、諮商與爭議處置等各項事宜，均已完成階段性的任務要求。至
於具體之內容，因涉及律師—客戶保密義務（attorney-client privilege）和對於商業秘密保護
的要求，即不便在此報告中披露。

該研究專家對於業務（科技研發管理成果）皆順利控管，不同的業務對口皆能完善的應對以及處理
(4)受延攬人於補助期間對貴單位或國內相關學術科技領域助益如何？
How has the employed person, during his or her term of employment, benefited your unit or the relevant domestic academic field?
該受延攬人對於科技學術智財相關議題有精闢的見解以及深入淺出處理業務的模式大幅節省中心的人
力、時間並加速科技化養殖成果的產出。
