polymer materials belong to non-polar polymer, with disadvantages of poor absorption and non-hygroscopic, so we need to improve the surface of hydrophile or added with hydrophilic dressing in the
dressing surface, such as pectin,hydrogel etc..
隨科技的進步,人們漸漸使用各種合成高分子材料來製作敷料使 用,如聚丙烯、聚乙烯及聚酯類高分子等,但大多數合成高分子材料 為非極性的聚合物,具疏水性及吸水性差之缺點,因此需進行表面的
親水性改質或添加具親水性敷材於敷料表面,如果膠、水膠等凝膠體。
Pectin has a good hydrophile, glutinosity and stability, the use of the pectin’s hydrophile to make the dressing have good moisturizing.
果膠的優點在於有親水性、黏性及好的安定性,利用果膠之親水 性來使敷料有良好的保濕性;
Alginate has a good hydrophilicity, bio-nontoxic, biodegradable,
biocompatible.
海藻酸鈉的優點則具良好的親水性、生物無毒、生物降解、生物相 容性。
In this study, a fixed concentration of calcium chloride (0.5 wt%), the pectin (3.0 wt%) and sodium alginate (3.0 wt%) , and then soaked in calcium chloride solution (0.5 wt%) for cross-linking reaction, and change the pectin and sodium alginate in different proportion, and investigate the different proportions of swelling, moisture retention
and the effect of contact angle.
本研究是用固定濃度的氯化鈣(0.5 wt%),將果膠(3.0 wt%)與海 藻酸鈉(3.0 wt%)複合薄膜浸泡在氯化鈣溶液中進行交連反應,並改變 不同果膠與海藻酸鈉比例,探討不同比例下對薄膜的膨潤性、保濕性 及接觸角之影響探討。
