一、 研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。 （由受聘人填寫）

本人為皮膚科專科醫師，臨床專業與傷口再生、傷口修復息息相關。受聘於成大國際傷口
修復再生中心期間，主要於美國洛杉磯的南加州大學（University of Southern California）學
習表觀遺傳學的實驗執行及後續定序資料分析，包含 ATAC-Seq 及 ChIP-Seq。亦協助中心計
畫之一子主題—「小鼠之傷口誘發毛髮再生」（Wound induced hair neogenesis）的轉錄學實
驗、RNA Seq 實驗及定序分析、實驗資料彙整等等。亦與中心成員許釗凱醫師合作撰寫科
技部計畫，透過統合 ATAC-Seq 及 RNA-Seq 資料，更了解蟹足腫的基因表現異常及表觀遺傳
學調控機制。
