Abstract

Physicians’ six clinical competencies greatly impact on the quality of medical care. However, it is a great challenge to comprehensively assess and get complete feedback in busy daily practice. This paper reviews all of the assessment and feedback methods suggested by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education in United States of America and establishes the cost-effective tools for applications in the post-graduate physicians.
