(一) 參與研究之工作內涵

「智慧製造研究中心(iMRC)」主導與協調四個子計畫(eMRC 組、RO 組、AM 組與

IBDI 組),我參與子計畫一:「eMRC 組」,將奠基於先進製造物聯雲(AMCoT)框架(Best

Application Paper Award in IEEE CASE 2017)及物聯網關鍵元件「虛實整合代理人(Cyber-

Physical Agent, CPA)],建置一個「先進製造物聯雲資通平台」,接著透過「雲服務自動化建

置模組」將各子計畫之智慧製造功能雲端服務化,如此將可有效地把「智慧製造系統」中

各個智慧服務與系統水平與垂直整合起來。

(二) 受聘人之工作內容:AVM 系統導入半導體 Bumping 生產線。

藉由物聯網關鍵元件 CPA 收集機台零組件運作資料,並運用各子計畫提供之成熟技

術,如 AVM、IPM、人工智慧、3D 列印、大數據分析、瑕疵檢測與分類、虛擬實境可視化

等,進行單機智慧化功能之實現,提早發現機台異常狀況並做相對應處置,使得機台可正

常運作,亦能提高機台可靠度與壽命,並保障產品品質,達到接近零缺陷的境界。

(三) 完成之工作項目及具體成果

全自動虛擬量測(Automatic Virtual Metrology, AVM),可將離線且具延遲特性之品

質抽檢轉換成線上且即時之品質全檢,並可降低抽測率,達成降低生產成本之目標。

基於此次研究的分析結果,後續可進行相關的系統架構與功能框架設計。

未來可將此次相關分析經驗應用於不同產業之製程分析與研究。

AVM 系統導入半導體 Bumping 製程的需求分析與相關技術研究:

本研究主要是基於工廠製程流程,以及應用多種演算法,進行相關的分析與研究。
