Course Objectives (課程目標)
Complete production planning can ensure factories to operate efficiently and rational scheduling is able to utilize companies’ resources. This course mainly helps students to have a whole picture of production planning system and teach students how to use it properly.
Upon course completion, the students should be able to:
1. Realize the theoretical knowledge of Production Planning System.
2. To think systemically about production scheduling, organization’s resources allocated for gaining a sustainable competitive advantage.
3. Obtain the ability for the further study and research.
