Science Fun Park
I have been to Hong Kong Science Museum but it is definitely not as fun as Science Fun Park! This amusement park has been opened for four months and I finally got to visit it yesterday. My cousin Alex is back from Australia for the Christmas holidays. My parents agreed to let us spend a day at the park.
When we arrived at the park, I immediately saw the roller coaster — Time Machine. Wow! I have never seen such a big ride. I could not close my mouth when I looked up at it. Alex and I were both excited and we decided to go on this ride first.
We saw a long queue when we got there. Therefore we went to Mirror Maze first but it turned out to be quite boring. It only took us fifteen minutes to find the way out. Then we got back to Time Machine. There were still many people lining up. I was getting more and more impatient while queuing. However Alex was such a great companion. He kept telling jokes and sharing his life in Australia. I could never get bored of being with him. Half an hour later, we finally got on the ride. It was so exciting that we screamed our heads off!
Here are some of the photos we took yesterday. The first one is a picture of us eating pizzas at Robot Restaurant after the ride. Can you believe it? The waiters there were all robots! Their pizzas were yummy too. In another picture, we put our hands up and jumped in front of Time Machine. I like this one the best! Before we left, we went to watch a 4D film at the 4D Theatre. We put on 3D glasses and the seats started to move.
The special effects were wonderful! It was like sitting in a spaceship and travelling in space. It was the most amazing experience of the day. What a fun day!
