影響台商在大陸管理方式之研究 王筱華、劉家駒

摘 要

二OO一年「全國經濟發展會議」對台灣政經發展是重要的里程碑，陳總統水扁先生宣示以「積極開放，有效管理」取代

「戒急用忍」，推動兩岸經貿雙向交流，在大陸市場的開放中，使台灣企業有機會在國際舞台取得競爭優勢。 中國大陸雖 然具備了優良的投資環境，台灣與大陸畢竟分治了五十餘年，台商在大陸投資，面對著是一個陌生的投資環境，尤其在 二OO二年中國大陸與台灣同時加入世界貿易組織（WTO）後，所產生的廣大商機，將鼓舞更多的台商赴大陸投資設廠。

台商在台灣的母公司投資大陸子公司的風險，及母公司如何有效管理控制大陸子公司，將會是一個引起廣範注意的重要課 題。 本研究採郵寄問卷的調查方法，經由問卷了解目前台灣企業在台彎的母公司對大陸子公司控制型態施行情況，以及進 一步的了解影響對大陸子公司控制型態變數及控制型態是否有不同程度上的差異之現實狀況，研究結果提供作為台商母公 司管理控制大陸子公司之參考依據。
