 The overall residential property price index decreased by 0.9% over the previous period (November 2018 - January 2019); the indices for the Macao Peninsula and Taipa & Coloane dropped by 1.0% and 0.9% respectively.

 The index for existing residential units went down by 1.1%, with the indices for those in the Macao Peninsula and Taipa & Coloane falling by 1.2% and 0.9% respectively. Analysed by year of building completion, the indices for residential units completed between 11 and 20 years ago and for those built over 20 years ago slid by 1.8% and 1.2% respectively. Meanwhile, the index for pre-sale residential units increased by 0.5%.

 In comparison with December 2017 - February 2018, the overall residential property price index and the index for existing residential units increased by 4.3% and 6.7% respectively, whereas the index for pre-sale residential units went down by 1.0%.
