ABSTRACT
Planning system has been established in Britain following a long term evolution. It is now coordinated with the sophistica- ted administrative system. The planning system mainly attempts to solve the planning problems and to regulate the development and land use that relates to the public interest. This study intends to explore the system of plan which is the fundamental of the planning control system. The investigation will cover the legal framework, administrative system, and plannig hierarchy, with attention to the matters of the future development planning system.
