風險溝通與信任關係之研究 黃進德、劉莉玲

摘 要

由消費者的觀點來看,若能事先瞭解醫療的過程以及醫療可能產生的風險,則有助於消費者決定採取何種醫療方式,而透 過風險溝通,可有效降低消費者的疑慮,避免醫療糾紛產生。但是,有了良好的風險溝通,是否就能加強消費者就醫的意 願,為本研究所探討的議題。 本研究架構以風險溝通為自變數,訊息認同為中介變數,消費者的信任為因變數,以便利取 樣方式對台灣年滿十八歲以上的成年人進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷463份,並以SPSS17.0之階層迴歸等工具進行統計分 析,驗證得知,風險溝通對訊息認同有正向影響,訊息認同對消費者信任有正向影響,但風險溝通-危害的認知對訊息認 同的影響,因分析結果未顯著,檢定結果不成立。 根據上述研究結果,本研究對政府醫療管理部門及醫療服務業者的建議 為: 一、政府醫療管理部門及醫療服務業者應與消費者建立完整的風險溝通之管道,使消費者對政府醫療管理部門或醫療 服務業者,會產生認同感,進而信任其所提供之醫療服務。 二、政府醫療管理部門及醫療服務業者在提供消費者所需的資 訊時,須注意資料的完整性及正確性,因為惟有完整及正確的資訊,才能使對消費者產生認同,並進而提高信任感。
