研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。

本人在學術研究方面,除就先前研究方面(亞重力波之實驗模擬及暴潮模式之建立)繼續進行深耕外 (發表 EI 文章一篇、國際期刊兩篇已接受及 SCI 期刊一篇送審中),更積極研發波浪發電之多單位共 振浮體模式之建立(SCI 期刊一篇送審中、一篇已接受、國內期刊一篇已發表及國內研討會文章一篇 已接受。),而在船舶動力學方面之研究已發表一篇於國際研討會。此外,已就現場調查資料方面進 行分析,結合近岸風浪模式,探討波能發電場最佳場址之位置﹔而理論架構的建立及實驗模擬的進 行也將陸續完成。在職期間完成之著作列舉如下:

在產學合作方面,本人則積極參與台灣國際造船公司的研究計畫案「最佳化船舶航行分析系統 (COMPASS)之開發與應用」,該計畫為三年期計畫,期望建構出台灣本土自行開發之航行輔助系 統,以縮短遠洋作業船隻之航行時間、減少燃油消耗及航行安全。目前該計畫已進入第一年的開發階 段,基本的系統架構業已完成,工作項目列舉如下:

 船型種類、尺寸、舵及推進系統相關資訊進行建檔工作。

 進行海氣象即時及預測資料接收測試。

 船舶耐海性能數學預估模式進行模擬與驗證。

 海氣象數據開始進行資料同化處理工作。

 全航速、航向之船體動態反應資料庫建構。

 航線規劃與決策輔助系統之建立。

 加入靜水中總阻力及波浪作用下附加阻力對油耗之影響。

在職期間所參與之計畫名稱則略述如下:

1. 基礎與創新研究計畫-邁向頂尖大學計畫「創新型複合式浮動共振水柱波能發電系統數值模擬與 實驗測試」D100-23003

在國際合作方面,本人目前正與成大海洋能研發團隊爭取成為歐盟FP7 科研架構計畫之正式參與

者,以達成與國際頂尖研究機構之學術、科技交流為目標。有鑑於愛爾蘭科克大學為FP7 計畫

「MARINET 」之總計畫執行及整合單位,從第六期(FP6)開始,該中心已成功整合各國研究團隊 並著手研發共振水柱式波浪發電系統。迄今,各階段(實驗規劃、數值模擬、波能擷取及現場測試等) 之執行工作已大抵完成,下一期目標將是朝向陣列式波浪發電機組在不同海況下之實體測試。目前 科克大學對於波浪發電之投資與人才培育上都已投入多年,也累積相當可觀的研究成果。相較之 下,國內相關領域之研究仍在起步階段。從長遠的角度來看,在發展我國之海洋能源科技方面,自 有技術之建立有其必要性。在開發的技術層面上,波浪能發電技術廣義而言包含:發電機組之開發、

開發評估準則之建立、海底管線(電纜)之佈設、機組防蝕及維修、海上結構物安全、系統控制、環境監 控等。歐盟各先進國家目前已朝大型發電機組之應用進行發展,然而台灣本身的海洋環境與國外(如 愛爾蘭)開發之環境不盡相同,在技術上也有差異,直接引進國外相關成品的方式並不恰當。故最佳 的方式乃是藉由國際合作之方式,引進最先進之技術與觀念,並整合自身之研發技術,除可縮短未 來在開發波浪發電領域之時程外,亦可提升本國之技術水平與相關專利權之申請。

目前林博士在波浪發電研究領域上表現傑出,與本人已發表部分成果於國內外期刊及研討會論文。

林博士除在學術研究方面表現傑出外,更協助本人彙整資料就節能減碳議題方面在全國漁業會議上進 行探討,未來持續將林博士之專業領域與本人現有之儀器設備進行整合,除發展航運資訊支援系統外,

現今正著手分析、調查台灣週遭海域之波能分佈狀況,相信未來對於本中心研究波浪發電上,將有實質助 益。
