ABSTRACT
This research is aimed at investigating the willingness of using information technology integrated into instruction for English teachers at public elementary schools in Changhua county. The analysis of different personal background and the environmental factors are in the difference and intercept of the teachers using the information technology to implant the teaching will. The results of these analysisses are used to forecast the degree of the will of the English teachers in using the information integrated into instruction .This research conducted the research taking the questionnaire survey way.The tool was"the questionnaire survey paper of the willingness of using information technology integrated into instruction for English teachers at elementary schools in Changhua county. ". The targets were English teachers at public elementary schools in Changhua County, through stratified random sampling, with total of 364 questionnaires and a valid return of 299. Statistical analysis used descriptive statistics, t-test,One-way ANOVA, One-way ANCOVA and Spearman rank correlation analysis,etc. The result of this research discovered that: 1. The English teachers of elementary schools in Changhua County had the willingness of using information technology integrated into English instruction. 2.
Gender, age, departmental background and promoting team had obvious difference in the willingness of using information
technology. 3. The information literacy of the English teachers of elementary schools in Changhua County i fine. 4. The information literacy of the English teachers of elementary schools in Changhua County had obvious interference in the willingness of using information technology and gender, position, scale of the school, seniority of job, seniority of English teaching, hours of studying, departmental background, educational background and promoting team. 5. Administration support and rewarding system had positive correlation with the willingness of using information technology. Finally, according to the conclusion of studies, this research will offer some suggestions in view of the educational administration unit and the future research to take the reference for education and the research.
