本研究根據實驗過程與資料分析結果所產生的問題,提出下列建議以供未來 研究之參考:

一、了解使用者的網路操作先備知識、自我效能與對目標認同

本研究之使用者執行網路任務時,需具備基礎網路操作能力,若網路基礎能 操作能力不佳,可能會造成使用者無法如期完成目標,本研究建議後續研究可以 結合網路操作先備知識與目標設定做探討,以期能增加網路任務執行成效。

自我效能與目標認同會影響目標設定的績效,若使用者自我效能過低,可能 造成任務中斷,目標認同度過低時,造成目標衝突,使用者會因目標過於簡單或 是太難而中斷任務。本研究以直接指派任務方式,並未考慮使用者的自我效能與 目標認同,部份低網路任務執行效率使用者可能是因自我效能或是目標認同度過 低造成任務執行效率不佳,可供後續研究做自我效能與目標認同做驗證,了解該 指派目標是否對使用者有助益。

二、進一步探討網路焦慮之成因

本研究之使用者在實驗後的網路焦慮皆提昇。Brosnan(1998)認為高先備經驗 不會降低焦慮。Sadde 與 Kira(2007)認為年紀、性別、電腦先備經驗、自我效能、

學習風格與電腦態度是影響電腦焦慮的因素。因此,本研究建議未來研究可將上 述影響網路焦慮之因素結合目標設定與回饋做進一步探討,以期找出降低使用者 網路焦慮的有效方法。

三、回饋的設計

本研究之回饋對使用者的態度影響皆不明顯,建議未來研究可在設計其他回 饋內容,如給予回饋的時間點,藉此找出更適切之回饋,幫助使用者網路任務執

行的順利進行。

四、由使用者自行擬定目標

本研究之目標設為以指派目標給使用者,後續研究可由使用者自行擬定目 標,觀察使用者從訂定目標到完成目標歷程的目標認同、自我效能與動機等情 況,可與指派任務目標作比較,觀察指派目標與自訂目標對使用者的影響。
